WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS? Most customers enjoy free shipping* on domestic orders over $69. We also offer other shipping choices for expedited delivery. Your shipping options will be displayed during the checkout process.
POLICY: orders marked as “Picked Up” by our 3rd party shipping carrier serve as our release of liability. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed packages. We are also not responsible for missing orders marked by the carrier as "Delivered."
MILITARY ADDRESSES: Please note, if you selected our Flat Rate shipping (when offered) and your address is an APO or any other military address, tracking information does not exist once it leaves the United States. These APO orders can often times take months to arrive, so please keep in mind that you are ordering at your own risk. We are not responsible for problems or fees that may arise with your country's customs.
ORDER CHANGE/CANCELLATION: After an order is placed, several software platforms work together to fulfill an order in the quickest possible time frame. The automation and complexity of these platforms working in tandem make it too difficult to change an order once it is placed. Packages are placed in giant bins and loaded onto semi trucks making it virtually impossible to retrieve. As a result, we are unable to cancel or make changes to an order after it has been placed. Please be sure your order and address is correct before completing checkout.
HOW WILL MY PACKAGE BE SHIPPED? We use UPS, USPS, and DHL for domestic Standard Shipping. Next Day and 2nd Day Air Saver orders are shipped and delivered by UPS.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
VIA EMAIL: You will receive a confirmation email plus a second email with tracking information and link to track your order in real-time.
VIA YOUR ACCOUNT: Login to your Salt & Silk account. Your tracking information will be at the bottom of the page.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? All orders placed before 12pm EST are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will ship Monday. We do not ship on weekends and/or nationally observed US holidays.
We make every attempt to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible. However, due to the high volume during peak holiday seasons and storewide sales, orders may take two to four business days for processing.
MISSING PACKAGE MARKED AS DELIVERED?
- Check your mailbox
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- See if someone else accepted the delivery
- Wait until the end of the next day to see if it turns up
- Ask your postman where he/she placed it
- Consider whether or not the package may have been stolen
MY TRACKING SAYS THAT MY ORDER IS BEING RETURNED TO THE SENDER. WHAT CAN I DO? If your tracking shows that your order was undeliverable and is being returned to us, we can resend your order to the same or alternative shipping address with a second shipping fee. Please contact us if you need help.
UNDELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED PACKAGES: orders marked by the shipping carrier as “undeliverable as addressed” and returned to us are subject to a second shipping fee.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS IF I LIVE OUTSIDE THE U.S.? We offer shipping to international addresses via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Free Standard Shipping is not available on international orders.
