What is your Return Policy?
At Salt & Silk Boutique, we understand that sometimes that perfect item didn’t end up being as perfect as you hoped. We are happy to accept returns and will issue store credit for the amount of the item(s). Please review our full return policy below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unworn and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached. Please be conscious of makeup and deodorant when trying on items.

Discounted items, swimsuits, lingerie, bodysuits, body stocking/hosiery, swimwear, holiday items, gift cards, and body care products (lotions, shave creams, perfumes, etc), as well as purchases made by using a discount code are considered a final sale. Salt & Silk Boutique reserves the right to deny any return.
  • We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
  • Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send to the address that our customer service provided.
If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
  • Return For An Exchange: We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s).
Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:

  • Returns are for store credit only! No refunds will be issued. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping & handeling charges. We cannot issue refunds.
  • All returns must be received within 30 days of the date that we ship out your order.
  • Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
  • Include your return form and original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, or smell of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box or bag provided and placed inside an additional protective shipping safe box/bag to be eligible. If there is any damage to the original package, your return will not be accepted.
  • Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please email us for for assistance. 

Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense; after 30 days all non-returnable merchandise will be donated. For additional information on returns, or if you have a question that wasn’t answered, please email us at saltandsilkboutique@gmail.com.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this & you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at saltandsilkboutique@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
